Map Book Advertising Specs

General:

• All Files must be on CD and sent to:

• Color proofs must accompany all CD's
• File formats include PSD, AI, EPS, or PDF.  Adobe CS3 Software is our standard production software which includes Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.

Map Book:

Full Page Ads (full bleed)

• Prints Four Color Process all PMS colors are Pro-matched
• All Files should be saved as CMYK Files
• Ads print in "Portrait" format
• "Spreads" should be sent as individual one page files.
• Final Trim Dimensions of printed ad (full page) 9" x 12"
• Bleeds need to be ¼" on all sides 9 ½" x 12 ½"
• Critical copy should be ¼" (0.25") inside Final Trim Dimensions
• Thin ruled borders should be a minimum of 1/8" (.125") inside Final Trim Dimensions
• File must be provided on CD with a minimum of two layers (images/graphic in one layer and text in a second layer).
• All final images and fonts must be included on CD
  

Half Page Ads (no bleed)

• Prints Four Color Process all PMS colors are Pro-matched
• All Files should be saved as CMYK Files
• Ads print in "Landscape" format
• "Spreads" should be sent as individual one page files.
• Final Trim Dimensions of printed map book is 9" x 12"
• Final ad size with no bleeds should be 8 ½" x 5.625"
• File must be provided on CD with a minimum of two layers (images/graphic in one layer and text in a second layer).
• All final images and fonts must be included on CD

Quarter Page Ads (no bleed)

• Prints Four Color Process all PMS colors are Pro-matched
• All Files should be saved as CMYK Files
• Ads print in "Landscape" format
• "Spreads" should be sent as individual one page files.
• Final Trim Dimensions of printed map book is 9" x 12"
• Final ad size with no bleeds should be 4.125" x 5.625"
• File must be provided on CD with a minimum of two layers (images/graphic in one layer and text in a second layer).
• All final images and fonts must be included on CD

"Business Card" Ads (placed in back of book below the alphabetical listing of exhibitor pages)

• Prints Four Color Process all PMS colors are Pro-matched
• All Files should be saved as CMYK Files
• Final Dimensions of printed ad 4" x 2.25"
• Ads will print in "Landscape" format
• NO BLEEDS
• File must be provided on CD with a minimum of two layers (images/graphic in one layer and text in a second layer).
• All final images and fonts must be included on CD
