Naturally Kids is a juried showcase focused on producing environmentally friendly products which are healthy for both families and young children.

As an applicant to exhibit at the 2012 ABC Kids Expo, I agree to abide by the show rules and regulations as set forth by the All Baby & Child Board of Directors and adhere to the policies mandated by the Kentucky Exposition Center and booth guidelines as set forth and which will be provided by the IAEE. As an exhibitor at the 2012 ABC Kids Expo, I agree that I will not exhibit any of my products at any location in Lousiville or the surrounding area during the ABC show dates, setup dates or teardown dates. Violation of this policy will result in immediate loss of booth space at the 2013 show and forfeiture of all monies paid for said booth space. All Baby & Child will assign exhibit space using a variety of predetermined factors. Requests for placement and configuration will be considered but cannot be guaranteed. The ABC Kids Expo does not use a point system in the booth assignment process. ABC Kids Expo reserves the right to change the floor plan (including, but not limited to, aisle space) and booth assignments without notice. I further agree that I have been made aware of the booth cancellation dates and policies regarding booth deposit and full booth payment and will abide by those policies. Deposits are non-refundable. Total payments are non-refundable after June 15, 2012
