Fern Exposition & Event Services is the official drayage and decorating company for
the 2013 ABC Kids Expo and will have staff on site to handle your
related needs. Fern Exposition can provide you with information on all aspects
of decorating and applying fixtures to your show booth space as well
as coordinating the shipping and storage of your products prior to and after the close of our trade show.
Fern Exposition will provide all registered exhibitors with an Exhibitors Kit
containing important information about the show and the services that Fern Exposition can provide, along with order forms for show equipment and services.
The kit will be available approximately 90 days before the show.

ABC Kids Expo show Exhibitor Kit, complete with show specifications,
equipment/fixture procedures, online ordering procedures, product
shipping and storage information, booth setup and much more.

Insurance
ABC Kids Expo Exhibitors are required to obtain General Liability
Insurance to cover the dates from move-in to move-out (October 12 - 20, 2013) General Liability insurance coverage must be at a minimum
one million ($1,000,000) dollars per occurrence, two million ($2,000,000)
dollars aggregate and list All Baby and Child as an additional insured.
This is required to protect you, the exhibitor, from any losses
that may occur during the show. Please do not include automotive insurance unless you are planning to have an automobile as part of your booth exhibit.
