Media
Registration
The
ABC Kids Expo is a wholesale environment and is only open to
the trade. Admission is free to qualified media representatives.
In order to attend the show, you must submit our registration form
and provide any necessary documentation. Online registration will
be available until September 25, 2010.
Badges will be mailed to all attendees who have registered prior
to August 29, 2010. Those individuals who have registered after this
date must pick up their badges during badge pickup/registration
hours.
Media representatives are admitted to the show October 10 - 13,
2010.
In order for
press credentials to be approved, media representative must present
current identification. This includes a personalized business card,
and one of the following:
- Copy of publication.
- Copy of internet
link to a current by-lined relevant article published in the last
6 months.
Electronic
Media must provide an internet link to an existing site
with relevant editorial content and proof of circulation.
Freelance
Writers must provide letter of assignment from an approved
media outlet. If writer is not on assignment, must submit copy of
industry-relevant by-lined article published in the last 6 months.
Photographers
must provide letter of assignment from a confirmed exhibitor.
Public
Relations / Marketing Representative - Public relations,
marketing, creative service representatives must register as
a Guest. A business card and proof of client
relationship will be required.
Book Author
registration approvals will be determined on a case by case
basis.
Note: If you previously attended the ABC Kids Expo, it is not necessary to submit this documentation.
