New Product Showcase
This is your opportunity to obtain special press and publicity for
your new products in a highly visible and secure showroom location
adjacent to the trade show floor.
To kick off this showcase, we have invited all of our media attendees
and independent specialty retailers to a special reception that
will be held in this New Product Showcase. The showcase will also
be open to only buyers and media during regular show hours.
Applications accepted through September 13, 2013. Hurry, you can't afford
to miss this excellent and affordable opportunity to promote your
company and new products!
Details:
New Product Showcase products will be featured on platforms/risers,
peg displays, mannequins, or in lighted display cases, as well as in the New Product Showcase Presentation Booklet. All Baby &
Child reserves the right to determine product placement.
The cost of participation includes placement of product, security
and a sign with name of company and product name/model.
- Only registered
exhibitors with booth space at the 2013 show are eligible to participate.
- A maximum
of 3 products may be submitted per exhibiting company. There is
no limit on the number of products placed by JPMA members, but
will be based on space availability.
- Products
featured must have been on the market for less than a period of
one year.
- Participating
New Product Showcase Exhibitors are encouraged to submit a Show
Special Incentive on each product featured in the New Product
Showcase for attending retailers at least 60 days in advance.
- Featured
products must be brought to the showcase showroom between the
hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Monday October 14, 2013.
- A picture of each product must be submitted for approval.
- No promotional
materials (e.g. catalogs, brochures, flyers, postcards, etc.), signs or decorative accessories
(banners, balloons, signs, etc.) may accompany product.
- The ABC Kids
Expo Staff will be responsible for allocating or rearranging space
and keeping the displays neat and orderly.
- Products
must be picked up between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. on Friday October 18,
2013. Products not picked up by 6:00 p.m. will be donated to charity.
- New Product
Showcase space is non-refundable.
- On-site registrations or additions
will not be accepted.
- No on-site product substitutions.
Products
will not be accepted after 3:00 pm on Monday, October 14, 2013 due to
scheduled events. Products brought after this time will be rescheduled
for display on the morning of Tuesday October 15, 2013 during the hours
of 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.

A. 16" High Platform: $600 per product (max.4’ x 8’ with max
height of 56")
One product per platform - e.g. large furniture items
B. 16" High Platform: $500 per product (max.4’ x 4' with max
height of 56")
Two products per platform - e.g. double strollers, play yards, cradles
.C. 16" High Platform: $400 per product (max.2’ x 4' with max
height of 56")
Four products per platform - e.g. strollers, high chairs, easels,
swings.
D. 24"
High Platform: $350 per product (max.2' x 2.5' with max
height of 48")
Six products per platform - e.g. baby bath tubs, bouncers, car
seats
E. 32" High Platform: $275 per product (max 2' x 2' with max
height of 40")
Eight products per platform - e.g. counter top displays, blanket
displays, small toys
F. Vertical
Display Case: $225 per shelf (max 18” x 18”, max
height of 10”)
Four companies per display case
G. Standard Display Case:$200 per square foot (12” x 12”
with max height of 15”)
Four companies per display case
H. Torso
Mannequin Display: $250 per mannequin
Rental includes use of adult female mannequin
I. Children’s Toddler 36” Mannequin $275 per mannequin.
Rental includes use of child mannequin. Choose 1T or 3T design
J. Slat Wall Display: $200 per product (max 36"w x 18"h)
Three products per slat wall
K. Slat Wall Display: $150 per product (max 18”w x 18”h)
